Return/Exchange policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange so you can find the perfect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for money back. However, we gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value.

To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be requested for exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags must still be attached, Items must be exchanged in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged: Worn or washed items, Items without tags, Final sale or clearance items

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with: Your order number, The item you would like to exchange, The size or item you would like instead

Our team will provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
